Feel free to create something and provide a patch.
You are imagining this way easier than it really is. Especially filesystem
creation/recreation is a pretty critical task.

More information is needed. I'm, to say the least, skeptical of the
claim that new filesystem creation (aka formatting) must be in a
separate program. Rather, mkfs can be called from dolphin, perhaps
similar to how konqueror deals with extra functionality.

This really should be a seperate application. A discussion about context
menu integration is probably considerable once there is a an application
to use.

Dolphin lives in kdebase for Intrepid, so changing the assigned package
to reflect that.
