The problem appears to be with the "autodetect"
So setting to ALSA or PulseAudio, Does solve the problem.

Performing the following appears to workaround the problem.
I'd like to take few more days to test that, but it is looks ok.
On
System->Prefrences->Sound
Set all devices from "autodetect" to ALSA.
