Not sure what we should do about this bug, since we don't have room to
install the hicontrast package by default. I think this is a larger
problem of OOo not knowing when we are actually in hicontrast mode vs
just having a dark theme.

Does installing openoffice.org-style-hicontrast resolve the problem for
you? I think this is an issue that the color causes OpenOffice.org to go
into hicontrast mode automatically for a11y reasons.
