Also, it can be nice with such baloons, because they can help you.
They indicate that the network card works, and is able to detect if there is
cable in or not.
Good for trouble-shooting.
Since people don't plug/unplug cable so often, this wont result in "more
baloons".
If you want to get rid of

i dont think we want more baloons. people usually should be aware when
they unplug stuff. you will still see that you are not connected if that
happens by accident.
