Thanks for your patch. I integrated it with a test for the version of
python-evolution, so it should now work with older as well as newer
versions of the API. The fix is contained in the 0.3 release.

If tried a lot of things but I figure out that it was the python-
evolution. There was a change in api from version 0.0.2 to 0.0.4.
The patch is working with 0.0.4
