Seahorse freezes up
This happens for me too (karmic, seahorse 2.28.1-0ubuntu1, gnupg
1.4.9-4ubuntu7). GnuPG needs to accumulate random data from the OS,
which as I understand it comes from measuring the timing differences
between keypresses. If you don't get the same effect, you could try
generating lots of subkeys
Richard, in your first comment, didn't you say you experienced this too?

I have been trying to re-produce this issue and I can't seem to get the
same results as you. Could you please walk me through how your getting
