transition to imagemagick 6.4 (which is on-going right now in Debian) we
will change the b/d from libmagick9-dev to libmagickcore-dev.

I'm subscribing motu-sru to require a go-ahead for fixing this in the
stable release:
1. oxine is currently broken in hardy since it requires a gutsy library
(libimagick9)
2. a minimal patch is attached. In principle a simple rebuild is enough but an
additional fix is necessary to solve a ftbfs

did not have libmagick9 installed.
