I experience this bug too, so I confirmed it.
This bug existed basically forever in Ubuntu, I us it since warty and it has
been there IIRC
It's not extremely annyoing so I never bothered to report it but I
stumbled on this bug now, and seeing it affecting other users I realized
it might be a bigg
no reply, bug closed, feel free to reopen with the asked details if you
still have the issue
