don't reopen closed bugs, looking for exact numbers for the hundred of
duplicates opened every week doesn't scale with the current team
ressources but keeping the bugs open when they are known to be duplicate
is not useful either

I'd also like to add that in Jaunty, I get a slightly different
behaviour: if I double-click on a file in the trash, it tries to open it
with nautilus, as if it was a folder.

reported, but he doesn't say which bug this one is a duplicate of. More
over, it is marked as "invalid" instead of "duplicate".
