this should be a duplicate of 212100

but it's marked as fixed.
Can you try to blacklist you're tv-tuner driver? From a terminal window, launch
this 2 commands as root user:
echo cx88 >> /etc/modprobe.d/blac

I have installed ubuntu-8.04-alternate-i386.iso and no problems with the
hal when I use it.
But my PC frozen in when I look TV or the PC is waiting (Pause - Power
Management?).

Well there does not seem to be anything obvious in your kernel log.
Could you also post your /var/log/messages please.
