Yes it does. You have to set your "Default hub encoding" option in the
preferences to CP1251 (or whatever encoding you think the hub you're
connecting to uses) in order for it to work. You can also set it on a
per-hub basis in the favorite hubs tab. However, since the NMDC protocol
