I can confirm the strange behaviour;
Was trying to print a .pdf with landscape pages in it, so i've selected
Landscape from Print Setup.
In the Print dialog, under Page Setup dialog, i have:
Pages per Side: 4
Page Ordering: Left to right, top to bottom
the small preview is something like this

I think that this bug maybe duplicated:
