Browser shows Firefox.
strace shows yelp simply calling
access("http://www.ubuntu.com/support/free";, F_OK) and never trying to
run firefox at all. Odd.

It was on the final Hardy live CD; I'll try again and see if I can
narrow it down. It does work for me on my normal system, but there have
been no changes in yelp.
