Well iti s really anoying, because i wanted to open some article on a
portal, and this request box appeared. Of, course, as I did'nt know what
to do, I checked save fioe option, and even cheched that it should do
the same thing witout asking me. The result is that i have file
index.php which is mul
I ACK this bug. The workaround does seem to work too.
I hope this gets fixed soon, as it is a very annoying bug!

I have the same experience but: when I choose to find a user defined
program to open the file and then click Cancel, firefox finds the
appropriate program by itself. So it seems that Firefox at first cannot
find the right application to handle the file, but when you cancel
choosing the user defined
for me that doesnt seem to work what i have to do then is go to where i
saved the file and open it that way
