What last "last comment regarding this being fixed with an update"? I
don't see any such comment on this ticket. I see him changing his
xorg.conf, disabling some acceleration; that doesn't sound like an
"update" to me, neither does it sound like "fixed".

Ok the problem is my Xorg.
In xorg.conf is configured
Option "AccelMethod" "XAA"
This gave the errors.
When removing this option it solved the problem.

Did some testing.
Under compiz it gives these errors.
With compiz disabled I can play as many videos as I want with different players.

No, with Mplayer also getting error, but it does not crash, only shows a
bluescreen as playback.
