Kooka was removed from KDE 4, so I'll mark this bug as won't fix. I am
sure an application filling the gap for scanning will appear sooner or
later and provide a better solution than kooka could ever have been.

I also get prompted to select the webcam. So I am pretty certain that it
is not abnormal. However still an odd thing.
