I'm using 9.04 and the bug is still present :-(. When using Gnome-do it
doesn't seems to be using a SVG icon.

To clarify, this worked for Spoker on Gutsy, but on Hardy, the icon is
not scalable. Marked as a regression.

I put the pidgin starten on my desktop and scalabality was no problem.
It scaled without loss of quality.
