Oh, I'm really sorry... It's a bug on webhosters ftp server.
I tried another webhoster's ftp and it works as expected.
This bugreport is Invalid.

Thank you for your bug report. Did you try to use the nautilus menu item
to show hidden files? That works correctly on my hardy installation.
What ftp server do you use?
