This is not the same bug as bug #204733. I read that one before
reporting this one. I do not think this issue has been reported already.
I didn't list any steps because all I had to do was open Nautilus and
browse to the location shown in the screen shot.
The only things I can think of to add are

Regarding reporting the bug, you probably wanted to set the project to
"Ubuntu" and the package to "nautilus": ie, it's a problem with Nautilus
when used in Ubuntu. I have done this.
