I tried newest Hardy LiveCD, and b43 is detected correctly now.
For activating the module is needed to download the firmware (necessity of
internet connection to install internet connection is pitty, but understandable
in situation where no opensource firmware is available).

I added it to Ubuntu's ship and ship-live seeds and notified Jonathan
and Oliver about doing the same.

Wiki is currently broken, doing MIR review here. It's a tiny package
anyway.
- Rationale: enables networking for Broadcom Wifi users, which are a lot.
- Relatively simple wget/debconf wrapper to grab firmware from existing known
location and install it; can also extract it from a MacOS or other
restricted-manager is renamed to 'jockey' in hardy; reassigning to that
package.
I'm not sure that b43-fwcutter is the right package to use for this;
b43-fwcutter didn't exist at all in gutsy, so that couldn't be the
package used then. This probably needs input from Martin.
