how much memory does your machine have? Is this a real or virtual
computer?

Got the route cause..
Issue is happening at DNS resolution..
When I check nslookup, it has many entries and resolves to many IP..
When I add only 1 IP in /etc/hosts with the same domain
packages.abcd.test.net, it works..
