After further discussion, let's release that, in order to build the images
before the week-end. Rational for releasing now is:
* livecd-rootfs isn't installed on user's machine, so can't really break too
much stuff.
* Daily CRON job building the images is currently disabled because of the
releas

I built the xubuntu-minimal ISO in the exact same way as Skia, above. I
then mounted the ISO and checked for the presence of the HWE kernel, and
hurrah! It is present.

This didn't seem to work for the xubuntu-minimal ISO.
I built the ISO the same as skia, here:

> CDIMAGE_POOL_SOURCES=rebuild.sources ARCHES=amd64 DIST=noble DEBUG=1

Using Dan's ubuntu-server livefs linked above, and building with
-proposed enabled:

livecd-rootfs 24.04.84. When these builds are complete the hwe kernels should
be visible in the manifests.
