I'm sorry, I have to reject this due to missing license on level_zero/ze_api.h
(Expat),
plus an incorrect license for debian/*: according to Canonical guidelines, it
should either be the main upstream license (Apache 2.0) or GPL-3+.

Oh, and also: third-party-programs-TBB.txt has a bunch of different
licenses not mentioned in debian/copyright, but it also none of the
files it describes seem to be a part of the source? What's happening
there?

so I filed an ITP on debian and then uploaded it to the plucky NEW queue
some changes I did was
- rename the source dropping the 'intel-' prefix, as there already was
src:level-zero without it
- added d/watch
- dropped useless builddeps
- made it non-native, as there's an upstream tarball availab
