I started looking into this more deeply. "ticket" is supposed to be the
value returned on the "X-Launghpad-Blob-Token" header on the response to
a http request uploading an attachment to the bug ("upload_blob"). Here
is the actual response that comes from launchpad:

I got the same bug. I tried to report a bug with ubuntu-bug linux-
image-6.8.0-51-generic. After collecting the relevant information, it
got to "Uploading problem information" and reached the oddly specific
99.99070194034717% progress amount, then crashed with the following
error. It is reproducibl
