Update 2: I figured it is not related to TV model, but to notebook going
to sleep mode. When I unplug HDMI, Ubuntu detects the change and updates
accordingly. But, when I close notebook and it goes to sleep mode,
_then_ I turn off TV and/or unplug HDMI, then after a while wake

Update: Different TV, and it works different: removing HDMI immediately
removes additional display, and moves windows from that display to the
main display. However, turning off that TV does not produce same result.
