ipu6-drivers/plucky version 0~git202411190607.0ad49882-0ubuntu1 has this
already, and ipu6-drivers/oracular is not going to adopt new changes to
use in-tree ipu6-isys. Mark as FIXRELEASED and WONTFIX correspondingly.
