I was able to define and start a riscv64 virtual machine using EDK II
using above xml.

On Ubuntu 24.04.1 amd64 with packages
qemu-system-misc=1:8.2.2+ds-0ubuntu1.5
qemu-efi-riscv64=2024.02-2ubuntu0.1
libvirt-daemon=10.0.0-2ubuntu8.6
libvirt-clients=10.0.0-2ubuntu8.6
I was able to define and start a riscv64 virtual machine using EDK II
using above xml.
