* Fixup TIMEOUT and NETWORK_TIMEOUT options so they work correctly
when SSL is involved. Before they would never timeout, causing
hangs
The autopkgtests for oracular and noble are just failing on
phpldapadmin, due to bug 2097403. The tests themselves pass, it just
fails due to that error output to stderr by chromium-driver.

Running the reproducer:
$ ldapsearch -x -H ldaps://example.com
