systemd vs linux-sysctl-defaults
To manage notif
I don't think this is technically an issue anymore, because iputils-ping
also Recommends: linux-sysctl-defaults (the relevant upload of iputils
happened since this bug report was opened).
However, adding a quirk to u-r-u for this is cheap, so I am going to do
it. Won't fix for systemd, though.
