Thanks for the bug report. It is a known limitation that Xorg sessions
cannot set different displays to different scaling factors.
As for "window freezes and creates graphical irregularites", that is bug

Well that session is gone now, but I can probably reproduce the error.
Please reply with what command you want me to use to access the journalctl
log.
