Failed to rememeber all of my own analysis, ledmon should be a sync
which also has a fix for 32bit that we now see on armhf. Syncing and
rechecking migration later ...

Fixed the zfcp-hbaapi FTBFS bug, that should not block the transition anymore.
Re-building the fixed zfcp-hbaapi against the new sg3-utils now.
Also re-building sg3-utils itself with a fix for the tests.
Also added the fix for the tests in regard to 1.48 to the dep8-test
branch I provided to Debi

Tests:
Tests returned, one command changed behavior when called with --help (fixed
now).
The rest seemed fine, in particular the more complex test was ok on all
platforms.

Done with the first revision, starting local test builds ...
Some iterations to get the new symbols.
None dropped, but some added so keeping 2 as ABI is fine and representing
versioned bump to 1.48 is ok as well to allow co-installation.
