Merge dpdk fr
Collectd worked and since it is only depends/recommends already
migrated.
Suricata built fine, dependencies got picked up. Tests of it ware bad
since 2021 see 1929150 and not new. Hence it would migrate once DPDK
does.
I resolved the further DPDK 24.11 binaries which were in main without the
int
# So far test analysis shows no real issues but various infrastructure
pains
openvswitch triggers:
- netplan.io - tempfail - Creating nova instance
- It wasn't queued yet, so I queued again as-is :-/
DPDK triggers:
- openvswitch@ppc64 - not yet testing the right combo
- Automatic and fro
Waiting for autopkgtests to run over the weekend ...

Some new packages are in main (default as the source is) which should
not be there causing component mismatches. Fixing that in -proposed
librte-common-qat25/amd64 in main cannot depend on libipsec-mb2 in universe
librte-compress-isal25/amd64 in main c
Built fine, uploaded the related no change rebuilds for: collectd uhd
openvswitch suricata
