I have verified that the updated package builds under oracular pbuilder
and fixes the bug.

Packaging issue. Filelight is still a Qt5 app. In noble, plasma-
workspace and a lot of other packages depended on qml-module-qtquick-
shapes. In oracular, Qt6 apps depend on qml6-module-qtquick-shapes
instead, which caused this bug to surface.
I'm willing to try and fix this, am currently testing
