on flash 10 as well as pulse audio backports and when that is done it
will fix this bug if pulseaudio is set to default or using
libflashsupport (also will be backported)

For me the mentioned link works in gutsy. It opens a window with a
flash-animation, maybe flash is causing issues for you?
