Accepted ubuntu-drivers-common into noble-proposed. The package will
build now and be available at
https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/ubuntu-drivers-
common/1:0.9.7.6ubuntu3.2 in a few hours, and then in the -proposed
repository.

Tested on AWS instance with oracular image deployed and later updated to to 6.11
After that oracular-proposed was enabled and ubuntu-drivers-common at 1:0.9.7.9
installed.
The result when listing drivers is:
