This has been fixed for gnome-screensaver, but not all screensavers yet
apparently which is why the upstream bug is still open.

This works for GNOME Screensaver (only) in the Ubuntu packages (only).
Upstream wants a more general solution, but I decided that inhibiting
the gnome screensaver is useful enough to justify a patch (which is on
upstream trac, too).
