src:bind-dyndb-ldap was removed (see
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/bind-dyndb-ldap/+bug/2078003),
so the corresponding DEP8 test in src:bind9 needs to be disabled as
well. Or maybe drop the dependency in d/t/control, and check in the test
itself if bin:bind9-dyndb-ldap is available, and
Confirm with the PPA package there is no crash.
There are a couple migration issues:
bind9 (1:9.18.28-0ubuntu1 to 1:9.20.0-2ubuntu2)
