src:bind-dyndb-ldap was removed (see https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/bind-dyndb-ldap/+bug/2078003), so the corresponding DEP8 test in src:bind9 needs to be disabled as well. Or maybe drop the dependency in d/t/control, and check in the test itself if bin:bind9-dyndb-ldap is available, and
