So first of all it looks like there is an issue, probably duplicate entries, in your archive configuration ("sources") files: /etc/apt/sources.list /etc/apt/sources.list.d/ubuntu.sources that is producing some "configured multiple times" Warnings. Maybe you had "noble-proposed" already enabled?! B
