golang-1.22 has golang-1.22.6 in oracular, noble and jammy has 1.22.2.
Backporting dev release requires updating noble and down in order to
have upgrade path.
We are backporting jammy version in order to avoid overhead of updating
stable releases to 1.22.6 (which is a new microrelease that should
