Below patch already fix the issue:

The latest 6.8.0-40 already contain the patch, but it seems does not
released(It still display 6.8.0-39 via "apt install
linux-image-generic-hwe-24.04")

1. It can pass on the same environment with ubuntu 22.04.4 (Please check
submission_2024-07-24T09.04.04.239782.tar)
2. It can pass on the same environment with upstream kernel-6.10(Please check
syslog)
It should be a kernel issue, please help to fix it.
