And issue is not reproduced with 6.8.0-41-generic.
But I need a confirmation for this version as it is the first version
that works properly with Intel ARC GPU DG2. Is that correct?

I have confirmed that ffmpeg transcoding on my Arc A380 works with
6.8.0-43. I tested multiple scenarios that failed on 6.8.0-38 now work
on 43.
