I added quiet splash acpi=off to my grub file. I will provide an update
if that helps with my freezing issue.

I plug my AC adapter into my laptop, and it freezes again.
I took a picture of my phone's output before the laptop froze completely.

I have updated the report.
I believe it is the 'acpi' package.
I run 'sudo journalctl -f | grep 'acpi'. this is the output:
