I've reverted the workaround provided in the tiling assistant github in
order to test the new package. After restarting Gnome I confirm that the
bug reappeared.
Then I installed the deb package in the launchpad link you provided

I have realized the issue today and via this ticket found the patch on github.

The issue was reported in the GIT project of the tiling assistant. The

Can confirm this happens here too. Ubuntu 24.04, GNOME 46 on Wayland.
At first I thought that may be related to the Dash to Dock extension
because this happens clicking the dock, but after going back to Ubuntu
standard extensions the problem moved to the top bar.
