I have the same bug and error message when trying to run the flatpak
"Tuner" from the Flathub store (same error message) and from the launch
panel (app doesn't launch, non error message).
Removing and reinstalling the app had no effect. No other app seems
affected.
Ubuntu 24.04.1 LTS.

If this is the bug that is allowing me to install Okular on 24.04 but
which then says the installation failed and won't launch Okular either

I was able to resolve this by following the instructions on this page :

Basically create the file /etc/apparmor.d/bwrap with the following
