Mint Cinnamon 21.3 was just offered the new Ubuntu 5.15.0-106.116-generic
5.15.149 kernel.
So far it is working. I've removed my GRUB_CMDLINE entry and I even have my
caps lock light now.

Just tested 6.5.0-40-generic from mantic-proposed on a Dell XPS13 and
