packages with no binary packages.

Since the tgt source package builds no architecture: all packages, and
there are no armhf packages published, I think there is a bug in
whatever is trying to trigger this test.

removed because they depend on another package (ceph) that is not
portable to armhf. So a no-change rebuild is not appropriate.

Hi Athos, looks like src:tgt has no armhf binary package in
Noble/Oracular:

@paride: Yes, I've seen this with other kernels, mostly with the nvidia
drivers. I think all of the runs of the following since March 20 show
this problem:

I now have an idea of where the problem is. This will be an interesting

@ubuntu-qa people: this may be related to the changes in
30d5aa7bd48ac15141f106dafb5930a1b5ac942f which we put in production with
the switch to 5.32ish. So I expect this issue to be "new" but not super
new (i.e. fist hit
