THANK YOU Andrew!!! I was in the process of building it to upload to my
PPA---I'm sure that you have done a better job of it than I was doing
;)--I had made a package to install it on my system, but was running
into problems with getting a clean pbuilder run.

There have been lots of upstream changes since the last debian package
so the diff from debian if pretty large. Also as it is now a panel
applet, it took a patch from svn to be able to install it to the right
location.
Packages for Intrepid and Jaunty are in my PPA for testing.

Its a very easy build--I could do a .deb if that is what is needed--
Current .55 includes several fixes including removing it from the
notifications area--which is a real plus with so many new apps now in
that area.

i;m bumping this cause latest upstream is not in jaunty either
jaunty version is the same as it was in hardy (!) 0.4.6-5 while upstream is
version 0.5.5
