The majority was just fine, but a few autopkgtest issues happened - all
looked like external flaky influence and not due to the change in net-
snmp. Re-running those and comparing with other recent success/fail
runs.

Repro is actually rather easy:
$ apt install snmpd
$ tail -f /var/log/syslog | grep snmpd
Mar 6 06:38:08 f snmpd[6147]: systemstats_linux: unexpected header length in
/proc/net/snmp. 237 != 224

Due to HWE kernels this is interesting to Jammy and later.
AFAICS it is not even applied in Plucky right now (which is another
indicator of this being a nice fix, but not overly breaking or important
for anyone) which might also explain why it stayed without further
attention or priority.
