Resubmit debdiffs for oracular and noble built against latest core88. While Noble is to receive oem-6.1x, fixed builds against v6.10 kernels as well. Also bumped OBSOLETE_BY to 6.11 for main 6.10 has UCODE API 90, this has 91, and iwlwifi in netdev-next has 92. Updated debian version as indicated
