I can confirm that the Noble debdiff matches the v88 version that was
uploaded to Oracular and also matches the release/core88 upstream branch
(plus the Debian/Ubuntu additions in debian/)
So this is essentially a full-version backport from Oracular
(1:0~88.12113-gitd7d581b7-0ubuntu1) to Noble, wh

Resubmit debdiffs for oracular and noble built against latest core88.
While Noble is to receive oem-6.1x, fixed builds against v6.10 kernels
as well. Also bumped OBSOLETE_BY to 6.11 for main 6.10 has UCODE API
90, this has 91, and iwlwifi in netdev-next has 92.
Updated debian version as indicated
