Thank you for reporting this bug and helping to improve Ubuntu.
In Ubuntu 9.04 and above (and possibly earlier), these keys are
correctly mapped to the 'setup' and 'battery' keycodes by default, so
I'm marking this bug as resolved. Please feel free to report any other
bugs that you find.

Rectification: Gnome has a way to do this.
System >> Key Management.
Dunno whether they should be assigned by default or not.
Would be nice though as both function exist.

We could assign Epowermanagement to the Energy Manager and the other one to
Gnome Settings.
Or offer a simple way to assign them to a special place during installation.

Also, eManager
These 3 buttons are Acer-specific, and don't seem to have any obvious
purpose.
Usability-wise, they should all be assigned to something that brings up
an "unassigned" icon.
